This event marks a significant milestone not only for CORC but for off-road enthusiasts across the South Island, promising a two-day event filled with adrenaline, competition, and the unmistakable thrill of off-road racing.

As the anticipation will be building for the National Round Mainland Challenge rounds, off-road enthusiasts from various corners of the South Island and maybe even the North Island will be preparing to converge on the CORC Track for a weekend that promises to be nothing short of spectacular. The decision to host both Round 1 and Round 2 in a double meeting format adds an extra layer of excitement, creating a unique opportunity for racers to showcase their skills and vie for early dominance in the championship. The CORC Track, with its purpose-built design and challenging terrain, sets the stage for a racing spectacle that will push both man and machine to their limits on day 1. Day two will consist of an intense riverbed and gravel road enduro adventure, the track promises a diverse range of experiences that cater to off-road enthusiasts of all levels. The decision to host Rounds 1 and 2 on consecutive days not only adds to the intensity of the competition but also provides participants with an immersive weekend of off-road action.

For CORC, hosting the South Island National Rounds 1 and 2 is again a testament to the club’s commitment to elevating the off-road racing scene in the region. This event will not only bring together local enthusiasts but also welcomes competitors from other parts of New Zealand, fostering a spirit of camaraderie that transcends geographical boundaries. The club’s dedication to safety, organization, and creating a vibrant racing community ensures that this double meeting will be an experience to remember for all involved.

Families and spectators are invited to join the action, creating an inclusive atmosphere where the cheers from the sidelines blend with the sounds of revving engines.
